Comments: Some baits just have that 'it' thing... the shower blow has it!
From: Ross: Las Vegas, NV 8/25/20
Comments: Must say, one of the easiest walking baits ever used! I was around some schoolers, and throwing my gunfish (which I love), but bite slowed. Threw the SB 125 in American shad color and immediately got hit! Colors are great and need to get more, like bone. I think the best thing is fact that they walk so well, and stays in strike zone longer. It doesnt do large side/side, but more compact ones. Of course that could be part of my retrieve too.

Comments: Great bait! In my opinion probably the best walking topwater. Stripers and largemouth both love them. If you can get away with throwing it on 30# braid you'll get even better action on it. The only negative is the hooks are too whimpy and will straighten out if a 5lb striper inhales it. They're good quality hooks, they're just too thin wire. Put some gamakatsu 2 or 3x magic eyes on there and those will never straighten out. Tight lines and stay ready because the blowups are explosive.

Comments: The best topwater walking bait I have ever used and I've used nearly all of them. Walks easy, leaves a bubble trail, stellar paint job, great rattle, casts a mile, and amazing hooks. I am trying to find out what treble hooks they put on these because they are LEGIT - better than any Owner treble hook. Probably won't ever be using Heddon again or most American tackle companies for that matter, the JDM lures are so more advanced in everything and the quality is immaculate. I have never understood the whole 'upgrade your treble hooks' bull. If I am paying for a lure that comes with hooks, I am not expecting terrible hooks to be on it.

Comments: i picked up an sb105 in clear while visiting the TW store in SLO last summer, along with a few other items. an impulse buy at $18, but so was the reel (okuma helios spinning 40...friggin' awesome!) and 2 other azuma lures. i have a box full (60+) of topwaters, many bought as backups. all i throw are tops. i'm a topwater expert! lol...i actually was afraid to throw the sb105 due to its cost. 2 weeks ago i finally broke it out. O. M. G.! it outfishes everything i have ever used. it walks as easy as can be, and the fanned out lip in front splashes a bit of water to add to the attraction. it's got it all! casts a mile, too! i did change out the hooks. three trebles on a 4 1/8 is just too much when i'm trying to remove the hooks from a fish. added front and rear vmc sureset red trebles, which increase hookup percentages for me. gonna order a couple more. just deciding which color i might add to the 2 clear in the cart already...and maybe the 15/16 size!

Comments: One of the best EVER top water baits. A must have for your tackle box. Cast extreamly far. Outstanding action!
From: Dean: Las Vegas, NV 4/8/20
Comments: best spook ive used. walks instantly, rides high in the water column and butt doesnt sink down making it hard to get started. used kvd's, heddon's, lucky crafts, megabass, and none of them have the action or get bit like the evergreen. this is a must have if you fish spooks

Comments: Great top water bait and is the only top water bait I have thrown this year and smashed them. Better hooks would put this bait over the top, Every color I fished this year the hooks bent after about 10 fish. Changed out the hook, more hook ups and no more bent
From: Ken L: NC 9/23/19
Comments: I purchased this bait this spring and fished it all over NC and VA . Since May this is the only top water bait I have thrown and have caught 100s of fish on it, It is easy to walk and you miss very few fish with it. It has become by favorite top water bait. Only problem is the hooks are very weak and after several nice bass the hooks need to be replaced with a stronger quality hook.
From: Duncan: NC 9/11/19
Comments: Best producing topwater bait I have ever fished, with 1 exception. Although extremely sharp, the hooks and rings are too weak. Ive had them bend out multiple times on big smallies. I have 4 of these lures in my topwater box and I recently noticed that 2 of them are missing a split ring and the hook! I have no clue what happened to them or when I lost them. Cant trust them. Change the rings and the hooks.

Comments: SB-105/125 my new topwater fave i have caught approx 10 LMBs and Spots from 1.5-3 lbs in the past 2 weeks fishing Lake Lanier boat ramps and have not lost a single fish that has hit it yet. A 100% rate so far. The 105 works great as well but i prefer the 125 due to its larger size presence in an area where the bass are targeting 5' spawning bluebacks. And the action holds up better in wind choppy water and if it picks up a small piece of vegetation on the retrieve.

Comments: I was hesitant to try this bait but with the black Friday sale going on I decided to pick one up. This bait is absolutely amazing. Walks better than a spook, gives a little bit of splash and has a very different sound. This bait is one of the most underrated baits on the market. If you're on the fence about buying one, do it. You won't be disappointed.

Comments: I bought a bone105 for topwater fall striped bass and hybrid fishing. About eveytime I saw a fish break the surface and I made an accurate cast I had a fish blow up on the lure, including several large stripers. The problem was I lost most of the fish due to the hooks bending out. This happened repeatedly. So I was thrilled with the action it gave me by attracting fish, but the hooks do not stand up to large fish and need to be replaced.

Comments: Evergreen keeps increasing the price of these lures, I see why. The SB will smoke a spook a sammie and a gunfish, best topwaters on the market by far. Bass cannot resist these things if a topwater bite is on. The chartruse skeleton will pull them up from cover like a magnet. The strikes are violent because of all the racket these things make. Perfect imitation of baitfish fleeing.

Comments: Best plug available!!! If you're a serious bass fisherman you already know. Same SB has landed fish in South Korea all the way to Kansas. My go to morning topwater come summer. Dont even look at the price tag, just get a few

Comments: First off, WOW! I bought one of these in the American Shad color just to try out. I have not thrown it a whole lot and haven't caught any fish on it yet, but here's my impression. I don't have much experience walking any baits, but this thing is absolutely amazing. Others have said it will walk with some practice....I disagree. It will walk your first twitch. With a little practice, you can walk it! That's right, you can get it to turn completely around. It isn't hard to see why this is such an amazing topwater. I'll have to give a more in-depth report when I figure out exactly how to draw strikes with it.

Comments: No kidding, this thing casts far. On my first easy, exploratory cast to make sure my reel was setup correctly it shot out there surprisingly far. It rests at a 45deg angle, but quickly comes to life with a shower and a glide with a twitch of the rod. It walks as effortlessly as it casts & can be with a slow, deliberate cadence of easy, 180deg glides, or sharp, rapid jerks spraying water everywhere. If you keep your rod tip low, it will even execute a rolling subsurface walk. Excellent, durable finishes with top notch components including a color coordinated feathered treble that flares seductively on the pause & a deep, loud tungsten rattle make this bait worth every penny & a must have for every topwater enthusiast.

Comments: This thing casts further than any other lure I own and the walk on fantastic. This thing throws so much water then you really pop it. It has a nice wide walk without much forward motion & you can walk it as slow as you'd like. I did notice that it won't do a fast walk as well as some others I use but it'll still get the job done. I'm going to watch these things to go on sale again & buy some backups
From: Mike: Morristown, NJ 5/11/16
Comments: Once you 'learn' this bait you will have it walking 180 degree sweeps with it barely creeping towards you. I doubt there is anything that can walk & stay in your target area as tight as this thing can. The hooks are good quality but I feel they might be a bit small so i up sized mine. Rattles are loud. Casts really well. Natural Gill is what i have now & have caught a good number on it and finish is still good except where the big hooks i added are rubbing.

Comments: This lure Is absolutely amazing. The chartreuse skeleton and the morizo bone are the absolute shitake'. Walks, chugs, pops like a charm, these bad boys in the shorty are amazing for all size of bad. Even hit a 3 lb red ear on one. The larger size is an absolute beast. If no one buys these lures I would be so happy, then I could snatch them up. They might disappear like last time, so you better buy them up and quick in great quantities. These were selling for upwards of 70 bucks a piece a few months back on line.

Comments: Fished this lure for the first time yesterday. Absolutely a new staple in my topwater box. Easiest bait to walk I've thrown yet and the spitting action drives fish nuts. The weight system works very well, anyone can throw this bait a mile even into the wind. As others have noted these hooks are needle sharp and literally do stick to everything. I purchased the emerald shiner color and the finish is exceptional. Great lure, worth every penny.
From: Frog: USA 9/18/15
Comments: These things are dirty. You can walk them so easy they honestly turn 180 degrees when you twitch the bait. I have both sizes and both of them catch fish. I have had fish come out of 30ft of water and blow the larger sized bait out of water. I fish the smaller size around docks and will fish behind people fishing jigs and draw fish out from under the dock out to hit this bait. The only complaint I have is that the hooks are too sharp and get stuck to everything haha.
From: Turner: SC
Comments: sweet bait, it stays in the strike zone with tremendous splash...you won't find a more realistic looking gill pattern, plus the hooks are sticky sharp
