All sites are full hook-up sites with water, sewer, 50-amp or 30-amp electric service and Wi-Fi. Rates for our pristine, concrete, level site vary based on season, site type and proximity to the clubhouse / activity areas.
Pets stay with you at no extra charge. Maximum occupancy per site is 8 persons. 4 persons are included in the rate with an additional charge of $8 per extra person up to 8 persons.
*Monthly and Long-Term RV sites have water, sewer, Wi-Fi and metered electric 50-amp or 30-amp service available at the site. The electric use is metered and billed separately each month. †All Cottages include one queen bed in the bedroom and fold-out couch in living area. There is a bathroom with shower and a full kitchen. All Cottages are air conditioned and heated, Each cottage includes TV with basic cable, eating and cooking utensils, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and all bed/bath linens. Deluxe Cottages also have a large patio deck with view.

Good Sam, AARP, AAA, FMCA, Military and Escapees discounts are available on Daily and Weekly rates only. These discounts are not offered during the music festival weekends in April.
